Our dietitians are in network with Aetna, Meritain, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Allegiance, Medica, UHC, UMR, and AmBetter by Home State Health (MO). However, insurance is much more nuanced than just being in network with a large plan.  Please refer to our Insurance & Payments page to understand more about insurance. Alo Nutrition does not check benefits and eligibility; it is your responsibility to understand your specific plan and what your benefits are.

You are certainly not alone. Our eating disorder dietitians in meet clients where they are, without pressure or judgment. Taking one small step toward support, even when you are unsure, can be the beginning of meaningful change. 

Yes. Alo Nutrition provides nutrition counseling for clients ages 10 and up. For younger clients, we ask that a parent or guardian attend the first appointment so we can gather background information and establish a collaborative support plan that extends into the home environment.

Absolutely. We are strong believers in team-based care and actively collaborate with therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, and other members of your treatment team.
