A Birmingham, Alabama native, Holley Drochelman graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters in Medical Dietetics. She also completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University with a concentration in pediatrics. Holley is an eating disorder dietitian nutritionist and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).
Holley guides individuals on the path to food freedom through a shame-reduction lens. She is very passionate about seeing food as a way to cultivate joy and connection with others, as well as a healing form of art.
Holley has experience working in eating disorder treatment with individuals at all levels of care. She utilizes Intuitive Eating and a Health-at-Every-Size (HAES) framework in her nutrition counseling services to assist clients in healing their relationship with food & movement and relationship with their bodies.
In her spare time, Holley finds delight in reading, yoga, trying new restaurants in St. Louis, attending symphony concerts, and spending long hours over coffee and sandwiches with friends.
