Food Can Be Easier — We’re Here to Help

Our dietitians help you make sense of what’s getting in the way and work with you on practical steps that fit your real life. Whether you’re navigating recovery, medical concerns, performance goals, or simply wanting a healthier relationship with food, we meet you where you are and move forward together.

How It Works

1

Complete Our Admission Questionnaire

Let us know what you’re hoping to work on in nutrition counseling, which insurance plan you have, your state(s) of residence, and any preferences for your dietitian or office location.

2

Submit the Admission Paperwork

After we review the questionnaire, you’ll receive your intake forms to complete online, including insurance information, demographics, medical history, and consent forms.

3

Get Matched and Schedule Your Appointment

We’ll match you with a dietitian based on your needs, availability, and preferences, and you’ll receive their calendar booking link to schedule your first session virtually or in person.

What to Expect

Every stage of care looks a little different, but the goal stays the same — steady, judgment-free support that adapts as your needs change. Here’s what a typical path with us looks like, from your very first appointment through the ongoing sessions that follow.

Initial Appointment

Your first session is a starting point. We’ll spend time getting to know you – your history, what’s been feeling hard, what’s been working, and what you hope might feel different. We’ll talk through your goals at a pace that feels manageable and begin outlining a plan that fits your real life. You don’t need to have it all figured out – this is simply where we begin.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow up sessions are where the progress happens. We’ll check in on what you’ve noticed, what’s shifted, and where you may need more support. Together, we’ll adjust, problem-solve, and build on small changes that add up over time. The focus isn’t perfection – it’s building eating patterns that feel realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your day-to-day life.
