Streamlining Care from the Start
While clients may self-refer to Alo Nutrition, a completed Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Referral Form from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider helps us obtain the client’s diagnosis, which is sometimes needed for insurance billing.
Receiving this information before the initial visit can help reduce insurance processing delays, maximize coverage for the client, and allow our team to focus on coordinating care from the very beginning.
