Teresa Kurth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed to practice in Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois.
She specializes in working with eating disorders, body image, intuitive eating, and athletes for adults and teens 15+. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and grew up playing softball through high school before injuries put her on the sidelines.
Teresa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bradley University before completing her dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota in coordination with The Emily Program. She then went on to complete her Master of Science with concentration in Fitness and Sports Nutrition from Canisius College.
She has over 7 years of experience working in IOP, PHP, residential, and outpatient levels of care with those struggling with disordered eating, mental health, and negative body image. She practices with a Health At Every Size (HAES®) approach, believes in an all foods fit model, and utilizes the intuitive eating principles to support clients in their individualized journeys.
When she is not supporting others in their recovery journeys, Teresa enjoys being outdoors and searching for good food. Her pastimes include cooking, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her husband and dog.
