Your first session is a starting point. We’ll spend time getting to know you - your history, what’s been feeling hard, what’s been working, and what you hope might feel different. We’ll talk through your goals at a pace that feels manageable and begin outlining a plan that fits your real life. You don’t need to have it all figured out - this is simply where we begin.

Follow up sessions are where the progress happens. We’ll check in on what you’ve noticed, what’s shifted, and where you may need more support. Together, we'll adjust, problem-solve, and build on small changes that add up over time. The focus isn’t perfection - it’s building eating patterns that feel realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your day-to-day life.
1. Complete Our Admission Questionnaire
Let us know what you’re hoping to work on in nutrition counseling, which insurance plan you have, your state(s) of residence, and any preferences for your dietitian or office location.
2. Submit the Admission Paperwork
After we review the questionnaire, you’ll receive your intake forms to complete online, including insurance information, demographics, medical history, and consent forms.
3. Get Matched and Schedule Your Appointment
We’ll match you with a dietitian based on your needs, availability, and preferences, and you’ll receive their calendar booking link to schedule your first session virtually or in person.
Our team includes Registered Dietitians with diverse backgrounds, clinical experience, and areas of focus. Based on your admission questionnaire, licensure needs, and care preferences, we match you with the provider who best fits your situation.
