Recovery and growth don't just happen during individual appointments. Between sessions, questions come up, old patterns resurface, new situations test what you're learning.
Pathways & Programs were created to meet those in-between moments — offering structure, resources, and connection at your own pace.

Some parts of the path feel clear.
Other parts feel uncertain or unfamiliar.
Along the way there may be detours, discoveries, or moments that change how you see things.
Pathways & Programs offer support, perspective, and tools to help you move forward — wherever your path leads.

Many individuals navigating eating disorder recovery also experience neurodivergence. Sensory sensitivities, rigid routines, executive functioning challenges, and differences in interoception can all influence how food and eating are experienced. Support that acknowledges these factors can make recovery feel more realistic and accessible.
The Neurodivergent Pathway was created to provide guidance that respects those differences while supporting progress toward recovery.

Body image doesn't exist in a vacuum — it's shaped by history, culture, relationships, and lived experience. For many people in recovery, the relationship with the body is one of the hardest pieces to address. It often gets pushed aside in favor of more "measurable" goals, but it quietly influences everything.
The Body Talk Program creates dedicated space to explore the roots of body-based shame and build real, tangible strategies for a more peaceful relationship with your body.

Many athletes navigating eating disorder recovery also experience pressure related to performance, training demands, busy schedules, team culture, and body image stereotypes that exist within many athletic environments. The line between "discipline" and disordered eating can feel blurry — and the nutrition advice available in sports culture often makes it worse.
The Athlete Pathway was created to provide guidance that acknowledges the role of sport while supporting progress toward recovery.
Pathways & Programs will continue expanding to serve additional communities navigating eating disorder recovery. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear when new opportunities launch.
Pathways are monthly memberships designed for specific communities navigating eating disorder recovery. Each Pathway focuses on the unique experiences of a particular group — because the challenges of recovery look different depending on who you are and what you're navigating.
When you join a Pathway, you get:
Pathways are designed to complement individual counseling, but they also stand on their own for anyone who wants structured, self-paced support.
Join anytime. Work at your own pace. Cancel when you're ready.
Programs are fixed-length, topic-focused experiences with a set start and end date. Each Program takes a deep dive into a specific area of recovery — giving you focused time, structured content, and space to process what comes up.
When you join a Program, you get:
Programs run on a cohort basis — meaning everyone starts and moves through the material together. New cohorts are offered throughout the year.
Fixed start date. Limited spots. A focused commitment with a clear beginning and end.
*Pathways & Programs are not a replacement for individual counseling when clinical support is needed.
You'll create an account (or log into your existing one) and enroll in the Pathway or Program that fits you best.
Once enrolled, your materials will be delivered through your Healthie portal.
There's no pressure to keep up with a specific timeline. Pathways are designed to meet you where you are. Programs have a structure, but recordings and materials are available if you need to catch up.
Live group sessions are optional and recorded. You can attend in real time, watch later, or skip entirely — whatever works for you.
Pathways are month-to-month — stay as long as the support feels valuable.
Programs have a set end date, with the option to re-enroll in future cohorts.

No. All live sessions are optional and recorded. You can attend live, watch the recording later, or skip them entirely. The core of each Pathway and Program is the self-paced content.
Pathways are rolling monthly memberships — you join anytime, work at your own pace, and stay as long as it's helpful. Programs have a fixed start date, a set number of weeks, and limited enrollment. Both include resources, tools, and live session options.
Live group sessions are designed for general education and community support, not personal clinical care. We recommend keeping sensitive personal health information for your individual sessions. If something comes up that needs clinical attention, your facilitator can help you connect with the right support.
